ATI and its Canadian partner, Mr. Paul Cheung, visited several drilling sites in the Chicontepec Area of Mexico. Chicontepec has become one of the most important oil & gas basins in Mexico due to the dramatic production decline of Cantarell. PEMEX is planning to launch several multiple year drilling services contracts to increase the crude production in this area.
