An ATI delegation visited Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, Sichuan, PR of China on October 8th, 2007 to finalize and sign a contract for the acquisition of two 2000HP land drilling rigs. This contract is the first rig sale by Honghua to Latin America and the first Chinese made Drilling Rig into Brazil. ATI and Honghua have agreed to enter into a formal agreement of mutual understanding and cooperation for a long term relationship in Latin America for the sale and promotion of their products.
