Andrews Technologies, Inc. (ATI) and HongHua America, LLC. (HHA), a fully owned subsidiary of Honghua Group Co., Ltd. (HongHua), have renewed their multi-year exclusive Representation Agreement for Mexico. Under the renewed Agrement, ATI will continue as the Exclusive Marketing Representative for promotion and sale of HongHua’s Drilling Rig Packages for PEMEX in Mexico.
ATI became HongHua’s Exclusive Representative for both Brazilian and Mexican markets in 2008. Throughout the previous five years, ATI and Honghua have established and maintained excellent partnership based on the mutual trust and good understanding. Now ATI, working closely with HongHua, has embarked on the phase of a new transformational route-to-market strategy to establish a focused approach built on the strength and increased resources of both companies for pursuit of future prospects and business opportunities in Mexico. ATI has purchased a total of nine complete rigs from Honghua since 2007 ranging in size from 1,500HP to 2000HP for its Brazilian customers.
