Robert Andrews, President and CEO of Andrews Technologies, Inc. (ATI) and a delegation led by Jorge Luiz Matos, Drilling Manager of Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás (QGOG) visited Guanghan and Chegndu facilities of Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Company on October 13 to 14, 2015.
QGOG, ATI had two-day meetings with Honghua top management and also the technical team to discuss the potential business opportunities in Brazil and other target market in Latin America. QGOG delegation is happy to see Honghua’s new facility for rig assembly and speaks highly of Honghua’s engineering and production capability.
Robert Andrews and Jim Yang from ATI also visited Honghua’s Chengdu facility and met with Mr. Zhou Bin, president of Honghua International Co., Ltd.
QGOG is one of the most important customers of Honghua in Latin American. QGOG has bought two 2000HP AC VFD land ring rigs in 2007 and three 1500HP heli-portable land drilling rigs in 2011. These rigs have been operating in Amazon area area and other oilfields in Brazil for Petrobras and some private oil companies. QGOG is satisfied with the quality and performance of the rigs.
