TSC Offshore is a global product and service provider for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas drilling industries worldwide, and has extensive experiences in design, manufacture and sale of complete drilling packages for jack-up and semisubmersibles platforms, modular rigs, offshore cranes, etc. ATI has extensive experience and proven track record working with the E & P sector of the Oil industry in Mexico. ATI and TSC have achieved mutual understanding and will pursue business through joint collaboration Mexico.
